Egyptian lessons on internet service denial

Oppressive regimes, when under attack, will first seek to shut down the internet, that is the main lesson so far to be taken from events last week in Egypt. The remarkable success in abruptly shutting down Egypt's internet was met with some astonishment in the democratic world.
